‘Til The Storm Passes

All of us at various times are storm tossed, and maybe today you feel
that you are about to go under. Jesus
and His disciples were out on the Read

The Problem 1)

sometimes we cause our own storms to blow up because of our own
stubborn will Jonah

keep us from heading into a bigger one; so that we will learn to trust Him

Jesus was asleep- Have you
ever asked, ‘where are you Lord; Do you know what’s going on in my life?;
Don’t you care? NOTE:
1) God doesn’t
need our advice 2) God doesn’t
work according to our timetable 3)
He’ll do it in His own time and His way II.
The Prayer perhaps
the shortest prayer in the Bible ! The disciples went to Jesus first- so
should we! The storms of life will
either draw you closer to the Lord or/ further away.
The Lord himself was in the boat with them- He
was at perfect peace. It was His idea to to cross over to the other side
Mark 4:35,40 III.
The Power Then
He arose and there was perfect calm !
