New Beginnings Begins With Confession
“For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him 12. as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us 13. As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear him.” Psalms 103:11-13 NIV
Samuel records for us the sin of King David acting out of lust- and being only focused upon his own desires. This was a grievous sin before God. Sometimes the deeper the mess we get into, the less we want to admit having caused it. Stop sin before it starts.
Read: 2 Samuel 11:1-15; 12:1-14
